We loved the spacious room, which was perfect for our family of five. The pool area was fantastic, and the kids enjoyed splashing around while we relaxed. The 24-hour front desk made it easy to get assistance whenever we needed it. Great vibes all around!

My children wished there were more activities for kids.

the staff were super friendly and moved us to a quieter room when we asked. liked the pool vibes to unwind after a day hiking waterfalls.

not much hot water and the pillows were kinda flat.
